Stevioside 85%
- White to off-white free flowing pure extract powder.
- 150 - 200 times as sweet as cane sugar with slight bitter aftertaste in high concentration conditions.
- Sweetness stays longer in the mouth and does not disappear easily.
- The melting point is 196 º -198 º.
- Stevioside 85% is able to endure high temperature.
- Easily dissolvable in ethanol and water..
Stevioside 90%
- White to off-white free flowing pure extract powder.
- 180-280 times as sweet as cane sugar with slight bitter aftertaste in high concentration conditions.
- Sweetness stays longer in the mouth and does not disappear easily.
- The melting point is 196 º -198 º.
- Easily dissolvable in ethanol.
Stevioside 95%
- White to off-white free flowing pure extract powder.
- 300 - 350 times as sweet as cane sugar with slight bitter aftertaste in high concentration conditions.
- Sweetness stays longer in the mouth and doesnot disappear easily.
- The melting point is 196 º -198 º.
- Stevioside 95% is able to endure high temperature.
- Easily dissolvable in ethanol.
Glucosyl Stevioside
- White to off-white free flowing pure extract powder.
- 100 times sweeter than sugar.
- Is more like cane sugar, without the bitter taste.
- Easily soluble in water and is stable in food processing conditions (acidity and heating).
Rebaudioside A 80%
- White to off-white crystalline powder.
- It is about 350-380 times as sweet as the cane sugar while the calorie is only 1/300th of the cane sugar.
- Its taste is much closer to the cane sugar without any bitter taste.
- The melting point is 196º-198 º.
- It is resistant to high temperature and more stable in acidic and alkali solution (PH 5-7).
- It can better the foods’ tastes and improve the quality of the products.
Rebaudioside A 97%
- White to off-white crystalline powder.
- It is about 400-450 times as sweet as the cane sugar while the calorie is only 1/300th of the cane sugar.
- Its taste is much closer to the cane sugar without any bitter taste.
