Ingredients
- 8 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 3/4 - 1 cup erythritol
- 1 cup worth other Stevia substitute (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch salt
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate. Pour boiling water over it, let it sit for 5 to 6 minutes, and then pour the water off. That way the chocolate won’t burn.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients, adjusting sweetener to taste.
- Pack or spread into a loaf pan. Cool to room temperature, or you can put it in the refrigerator. Cut into 18 pieces and serve.
